New CEO Appointed to Community Care Network

Dick Courcelle, a fourth generation Vermonter, was appointed the Chief Executive Officer of the Community Care Network which includes Rutland Mental Health Services and Rutland Community Programs.  Dick is a Rutland native with extensive experience and community connections which will be beneficial in the overall strength of the organization.  The Board of Directors and staff of both Rutland Mental Health Services and Rutland Community Programs welcome Dick and are very happy to have him on board.
