Dick Courcelle, a fourth generation Vermonter, was appointed the Chief Executive Officer of the Community Care Network which includes Rutland Mental Health Services and Rutland Community Programs. Dick is a Rutland native with extensive experience and community connections which will be beneficial in the overall strength of the organization.
