NBC 5: Rutland's Community Care Network expands support program for homeless population with new outreach van
Thanks to a generous $30,000 grant from The M&T Bank Charitable Foundation, along with incredible support from Oliver Subaru of Rutland, The Vermont Country Store, Vermont Electric Power Company, The Bank of Bennington, Hand Carved by Ernie and The Carpet King of Vermont, Community Care Network's Street Outreach team now has a dedicated program vehicle to better serve at-risk individuals experiencing homelessness and other challenges throughout Rutland County.
